Easily the highlight of our trip. Very professional and friendly staff that worked with us to give us exactly what we wanted on the final day of our trip to Bali as well as periodically checked in to make sure we were satisfied and well-aware of the plan. Kadek (our driver) went out of his way to show us everything possible in the short amount of time we were there, providing many alternatives and suggestions. We had amazing views of the two volcanoes, swam in the Batura Natural Hot Springs, had a delicious Balinese buffet with breath-taking views, visited a Coffee Plantation and Rice Terrace, and stopped by a beautiful wood-carving shop on the way home. Kadek made sure we were comfortable and ensured that we had the insight to making the most of every site. Very accommodating and patient. I had a great trip in Bali last week. It was a solo trip but manage to met new friends during the trip. For my 1st day as a solo traveler, I am very glad that I came across this tour agency and they have did a good job in arranging places to visit that suit my taste. They even have helped me to save a bit from those entrance fees as they are able to get the agent price and the savings goes back to me..it really helps as a solo traveler since every penny saved it allows me to buy more souvenirs. Kudos to this agent especially the to my driver for the day - Made (pronounce as Maday). And since I was a solo traveler, in some of the places where he can enter as a local without payment, he helped me to take photos...which of cos really helps as i do not prefer using a selfie stick.
